These terms set out the rules for using the OptimaLife online store, including placing orders, payment, delivery, and withdrawal from the contract. The store sells dietary supplements within Poland and the European Union.
Seller — the entity operating the OptimaLife online store. Customer — a natural person, legal entity, or organisational unit placing an order in the store. Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Orders can be placed through the store's website, 24 hours a day. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation at the email address provided. The sales contract is considered concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
All prices shown in the store are gross prices, given in Polish złoty (zł), and include VAT. Payment for an order can be made using the payment methods available on the store's website at the time the order is placed.
Orders are fulfilled within Poland and selected European Union countries. Delivery time and cost are shown to the Customer before the order is finalised. Orders above the threshold shown in the store (e.g. 149 zł) may qualify for free delivery.
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify the Seller of your decision through a clear statement, e.g. an email sent to aleks017620@gmail.com. Returned goods should be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of goods with the contract, on the terms set out in law. Complaints can be submitted electronically to aleks017620@gmail.com. The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
Products offered in the store are dietary supplements and must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Before use — particularly during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if taking medication, or in the presence of any medical condition — consulting a doctor is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms; orders placed before any amendment takes effect will be fulfilled under the previous terms.
